winemaker's notes
A pale yellow hue. A well balanced wine showing flavours of pear, pineapple and peach. Buttery tones this wine is fresh and clean with tight acid. Nicely integrated 50% new French Oak. Aged for 12 months on Lees has given it depth and complexity with subtle flavours of Almond, Honeycomb and Popcorn. A great indication of a cool climate Chardonnay. A young wine with huge aging potential.
